    In this paper, Authors discussed active strategies for the classi?cation of electrocardiographic (ECG) signals with 3-lead. The system consists of a hardware module for acquisition (Biopac mp150 module), a smart multimedia phone for checking the effect of radio frequency in 3G and 2G mode and finally a displaying module (PC or laptop devices). Information is collected in different mode. The system was assessed by testing different healthy person with the support of a medical doctor, for obtaining the effect of radiation on human body.

    PROPAGATION MODEL FOR TREE BLOCKAGE IN MOBILE  COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS USING UNIFORM THEORY OF DIFFRACTIONS

    A deterministic model for spherical wave propagation in microcellular urban environment is presented. This method is based on ray tracing and uniform theory of diffraction. The various ray contributions includes the diffraction from corner of obstacle, reflection from ground and direct wave. According to the height of transmitting station, different ray paths will be presented in the received signal. Calculation is carried out using hard and soft polarization. Results can be used for the planing of new cellular system.

    DETECTING AND COUNTING THE NO. OF WHITE BLOOD CELLS IN BLOOD SAMPLE IMAGES BY COLOR BASED K-MEANS CLUSTERING
    This paper is counting the no. of WBC cells which helps people in laboratory to declare if someone has blood cancer. In the study of the blood cell images, it was found that the images showing blood cells have WBCs as dark blue color. The k- means clustering takes out clusters of three different colors in the image.

    In this paper, we investigate the problem of multipath traffic engineering in Optical Burst switching (OBS) networks. The well-known Engset model has been widely used and studied. This model is used to analyze the performance of Passive optical burst switching network. Theoretical analysis for the Burst Length and Static Traffic is carried and also demonstrated by simulation results.
